Check and check.

Things I want for my new apartment (pictures coming soon, I swear!!):
  • Patio furniture
  • Grill
  • Herb box garden
  • Kitchen table and chairs
  • Big art
  • Microwave
  • Visitors :)
Things that are in my new apartment at this moment:
  • One disassembled IKEA desk still in the box
  • Cat barf stains in corner of living room carpet
It's going to be a long road.

Good luck with the big move on Monday! I'm still waiting for some dang pictures!

We ordered our kitchen island today, but it'll be 4 to 5 weeks before we get it installed. Boring.

Can I please go with you to pick out big wall art? Even though Roxie would have better taste than me?

I had to go to Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday BY MYSELF. I stared at closet organizers for 30 mins. I desperately needed you.

In fact, Seth would probably pay you to come with me to IKEA and touch everything all day.

Oooh...kitchen island!

I would *NOT* have better taste! But thank you for assuming so. :) Maybe we can all go together. And then get drinks.

On the other hand, I literally have piles of art stacked up in my apartment. Maybe I should start giving it away.

I would come with you to pick out art, but now that I work here, I like really weird stuff. That probably wouldn't match any of your furniture.

I will come with y'all to IKEA and touch everything though, only if we can eat lunch there. Your IKEA does have a little cafe, right?

We would LOVE some weird stuff. I guess as long as it's art-weird, and not decapitated bunnies-weird. We just watched Work of Art the Next Great Artist on Bravo, and I gotta tell you...there's a fine line between awesome art and super ugly art.

Now I desperately want a girl trip to IKEA. And yes, we do have a cafe in ours! I would live in that store if they would let me.

ps Roxie send me some art. thanks. See above note about decapitated bunnies first.

Are you saying you didn't like Peregrine's twin dead fawns under glass??? Because I LOOOOOOVED them, and want them for my very own. And no, I'm not even joking. My cubie-neighbor Ben and I talked for days about how much we liked them, and where we would put them in our office, or our homes.
