It's 74 degrees outside today. It's sunny and warm and feels like summer here. I'm so jazzed. Honestly, it's warm enough to lay out, and since all I have to do is read magazines and eat, I'm actually tempted to do it.
For breakfast this morning, Seth and I had a smorgasboard of foods -- we made sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, and biscuits. It was delicious magic. Almost everyone is gone for xmas now, so the house is pretty quiet. I'm really tempted to go into the kitchen (still dirty from t-giving party...yeah) and throwing eveything away. The smell is starting to waft upstairs.
I finished almost all my xmas shopping, I think. I didn't get to spend as much as I wanted. But I did find an awesome sale at the Banana Republic outlet at the Boardwalk, so it all works out.
I also got my grades in from my first quarter of grad school. I did not get a 4.0, like nearly everyone else I know did, which was disappointing, but considering that I was working 20 hours a week, was not a total social recluse, and missed my friends, bf, and family like crazy, I'll take it :). I'm not excited about going back next quarter, but hopefully I will be by the time it gets here..
We also saw I Am Legend, which was pretty good, even though the ending was weak. Thumbs up for the most part, though.
The holiday songs episode of South Park is my all-time favorite.
